“ In August 2015 I bought a derelict grade 2 listed house in Lincolnshire, the house was in need of extensive refurbishment including several structural problems. By chance I was given an introduction to James Wooster via a college in London.
I had several contractors visit the property to quote for the work needed but my decision to use James was based on his in-depth report regarding the structural issues I was faced with and also informing me on how much conservation would be involved in the restoration project which I was unaware of.
